You must register for access to VAX VacationAccess booking portal through supplierwebsites@nexion.com. Remember, to turn off your pop-up blockers before accessing VAX VacationAccess.
Note: If you do not login to VAX frequently, it is possible that you may be locked out after several months of inactivity and need to have your password reset. Email supplierwebsites@nexion.com to request a reset.
Add a LOGO Instructions and Participating Suppliers:
Suppliers: Funjet, Apple Vacations, Blue Sky Tours, Universal Parks, Travel Impressions, Southwest Vacations.
Logo instructions:
To submit a logo, please attach it to the email request:
- Logo must be at least 260 pixels wide by 80 tall
- Logo must be in an acceptable image file format: .jpg .png .eps .psd .tif
- Use the following naming convention for your logo: AgencyNumber_User_Name.jpg (Nexion’s Agency Number is 45613433)
- Example: 45613433_Mike_Smith.jpg

Apple Vacations has two different types of group programs:
Group Ease

ALG Vacations (ALGV) rewards program, WAVES™, is an exciting new way for travel agents to earn points across every ALGV brand. It’s simple: the more travel booked through any ALGV brand, the more combined points you’ll receive.
