Simple, Predictable Pricing
- Monthly Subscription Fee:
- Full access to Tern is available for $18 per month, per user USD for US and $25 CAD (plus applicable taxes) per month, per user for Canada
First Month Pricing

Users who subscribe between the 1st and 15th of the month will be charged the full monthly rate of $18 USD for US and $25 CAD (plus applicable taxes) for Canada.

Users who subscribe between the 16th and the end of the month will be charged a reduced rate of $10 USD for US and $14 CAD (plus applicable taxes) for Canada for their first month.
Ongoing Billing
- After the initial month, users will be billed the standard monthly rate of $18 USD for US and $25 CAD (plus applicable taxes) for Canada, regardless of enrollment date.
Hassle-Free Billing
- Nexion will manage the monthly fee directly within your Agentmate account.
Already Using Tern? We’ve Got You Covered
If you currently have an active Tern subscription, you can take advantage of this pricing as well: simple and seamless.
- Sign up for Nexion pricing using this form
- We will add you to the Nexion pricing within Tern
- Your current Tern subscription will be prorated and refunded and our pricing takes over for the first month price listed above then the ongoing rate of $18 per month USD for US and $25 CAD (plus applicable taxes)for Canada
- Nexion will take over billing once you are added to Nexion pricing
- No disruption and no double billing
- All your Tern info remains, just the billing and pricing. You still own your account.
- You are not automatically moved to Nexion if you are a current Tern user. You must complete the form and request your pricing be moved.

When I sign up for Nexion Tern pricing, do I own my account or does Nexion?
Great question and we know this can be a concern. Just like you own your business, you own your Tern accounts and relationship. Nexion has simply negotiated special pricing for our advisors. As a bonus, you’ll also be able to take advantage of future Tern integrations, including automatically sending bookings into Agentmate for tracking. |

If I start with Tern and I change my mind, how does a cancellation work?
You are in control.
- Simply submit the cancelation form to notify us
- Your account will be canceled at the end of your current billing month
- No prorated refunds are provided
IMPORTANT:
- We cancel your discounted pricing through Nexion
- You still own your Tern account
- To fully cancel Tern, you must also cancel directly within Tern in your User Settings

| I am with Nexion Canada. Do I get the same pricing?
Yes! You’ll receive equivalent pricing, billed at $25 CAD (plus applicable taxes).

I am an agency owner. Is there an additional discount based on how many I add?
This is already a highly discounted rate, so additional volume discounts are not available.
Pricing remains $18 per user, per month, billed to the agency owner. |

If I am an agency owner, do all my advisors have to sign up?
No, participation is flexible. You can enroll just yourself, a few advisors, or your entire team. Simply indicate your selections during signup.
